This course is designed to provide the student with the opportunities to develop and demonstrate competency in two movement forms from the following activities: weight training, basketball, volleyball, softball, aerobics, badminton, table tennis, and flag football. The student will enhance overall physical fitness as well as concentrate on the activities selected.
